This is the formal qualification designed and packeged for school leavers/individuals/working professional with zero or little knowledge in using comouters. The course will instill to the participants/students a solid foundation in applying basic hardware, software, networking using Information Technology, learn how to effectively use Microsoft office application on word and excel, internet and email usage, managing work tasks,  interviewing and effective communication skills.
